About Bri

Hi, I’m Bri. I’m a nurse, a wife and a mom of two, and I found out I had ADHD as an adult. I also have ASD and OCD.

Bri Dopamine is where I put the things I look for when my senses and my brain both have opinions: clothes that don’t itch, quiet fidgets, fragrance-free body care and gifts for people who think the way I do.

Why this site exists

Shopping with a sensitive nervous system is its own job. Tags scratch, seams rub, scents can be too much, and product pages rarely tell you what you actually want to know. I would rather do the digging once and share what I find.

How I pick things

  • I label every pick. Each one says I own this or I researched this, so you always know which is which.
  • I describe how it feels. Fabric, fit, sound and smell, because that decides whether you will actually use it.
  • I say who it is wrong for. If a size runs small, a toy is loud or something has a strong scent, you will read it before you click.
  • I never type prices. Amazon changes them all the time, so my buttons take you to today’s price on Amazon.

I write everything in my own words. I do not copy product descriptions from brands or from other sites.

Where the money comes from

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. It never changes what I recommend, and the Affiliate Disclosure explains the details.

What this site is not

I am a nurse, but I am not your nurse. Nothing here is medical advice, and something that works for me might not work for you. The Disclaimer has the details.

More from me

I keep each topic on one site, so you do not have to read the same thing twice.

  • Brianne Saturdays has my planners and printables, and my own story.
  • Black Neurodivergence has articles on how ADHD, autism and OCD show up for Black women, on diagnosis, and on finding care.

Brain Bloom

A six-week live group for Neurodivergent Black Indigenous Women of Color with ADHD or ASD who feel overwhelmed and want routines, tools and a lifestyle that suits their brain. Cohort One starts Friday, December 4, 2026.
